LTL Post Audit Service

Another product we offer to our customers is the ability to recover monies for overpaid/overcharged Less than Truckload (LTL) freight invoices. Our post auditing service means savings for the customer and reduces the worry of overpaying LTL freight carriers.


SLG Post Audit service allows customers to achieve these goals:

  • Receive a refund for overpaid/overcharged LTL freight invoice charges up to 180 calendar days from carrier invoice date.
  • Receive a refund by letting SLG do all the work.
  • Have our service by sharing 50% of refunded monies or choosing the flat rate fee.

SLG post audit customers receive all of the following advantages:

  • Search for dispute or erroneous payments made to carriers.
  • Verify that paid freight invoices actually belong to the customer.
  • Verify accuracy of freight invoices per customers tariffs for products shipped.
  • Receive all freight documents/invoices back in the same manner provided to SLG.
  • Receive a post audit report listing each freight invoice audited/processed.
